HOW MANY PICKUPS ARE THERE PER WEEK?
We will collect trash from your 96 gallon trash can once per week.
IS THERE A SIGN-UP FEE?
Yes, there is a one-time $65 sign-up fee. This covers the cost of delivering the can and can maintenance if your lid or wheels break over the years.
DO YOU SUPPLY THE TRASH CAN?
Yes, we will supply you with one 96 gallon trash can for use with our program. If can is damaged, burnt or missing, you will be responsible for paying the $65 rental fee for a new one.
DO WE OWN THE CAN WE RECEIVE WHEN SIGNING UP FOR SERVICE?
NO, you are using the trash guys can with our service. It is still our property and we will charge an $85 fee if not collected once your account is closed.
DO YOU COLLECT TRASH OUTSIDE OF TRASH CAN?
We will collect up to 3 bags outside your trash can. If there is more than 3, we will collect 3 and the rest will be left where they are.
HOW DO YOU PAY?
You can pay online with us. We will send your invoice to the email that you provided when signing up. We accept all major Credit Card providers, Checks, Cash and Money orders.
WHEN DO YOU BILL?
We bill quarterly, 4 times a year. Or we can bill yearly, 6 months or monthly if you request it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CAN IS PICKED UP FOR NON-PAYMENT?
There is a $25 can re-delivery fee if you sign back up within 30 days, after that you will need to start up as a new service.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
Yes, we have a one-time $30 cancellation fee.
DO YOU OFFER A REFUND IF WE WANT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE SERVICES?
NO REFUNDS!!! Only if you are charged by accident on our behalf.
